FRANCE : Our field trip to the "Miellerie Mandard" in Draguignan

Today we went to visit a honey-making center , the "Miellerie Mandard", in Draguignan.
Alain welcomed us and explained the history of this place, then he told us many things about the life in a beehive and about the way that bees make honey. We discovered in real the hexagonal shape of a honeycomb.
After that, we were told of all the steps of a bee life, and then we tasted several delicious honeys
It was a great field trip !

FRANCE : Last activities before our holidays

Today, the french students started to work on the activity
"Hexagon in Maths".
They illustrated some properties of the hexagon thanks to the Geogebra software, and with mathematical proofs.
A video will be published when we will be back to school to work on the project, on Friday April 22nd.
